Victor Kirallah specializes in representing national tenants, and landlords in leasing new space and negotiating renewals. He also works alongside local developers identifying unique opportunities. Victor offers a unique combination of market knowledge, financial expertise, and commitment to service. Victor joined Anchor Retail in 2018 and represents landlords such as America’s Realty. Victor also represents various retailers throughout Ohio including Little Caesars, Crumbl Cookies, Cricket Wireless, AtMos, Biggby Coffee, and Restore Hyperwellness.

Before joining Anchor Retail, Victor gained over seven years of tax and accounting experience. He worked for four regional public accounting firms specializing in tax and audit for corporations, non-profit organizations, and high net-worth individuals. He gained in-depth knowledge of the financial aspects of commercial real estate, restaurants, construction, manufacturing, and trust/estate planning. His effective negotiation skills, open communications, and diligent efforts help his clients achieve positive results.

Victor earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy degree from Cleveland State University’s Monte Ahuja College of Business
