Tori Nook
Principal / Co-founder
Tori is a Principal and Founder of Anchor Retail, an industry leader that specializes in national retail and investment real estate solutions, commercial brokerage services, and third party commercial property management. With twenty-two years of experience representing predominant national retailers, restaurants, landlords, and developers, Tori has expert market knowledge in the tenant representation approval process by coordinating the site selection, strategic planning, LOI negotiation, and site packaging. Tori has nationwide relationships with restaurants, retail tenants, shopping center landlords, and developers. Tori’s real estate career has been distinguished by her long-term exclusive relationships and high production of multi-state tenant representation, shopping center leasing, and land sales. Tori closed on over $70 Million Dollars in deals in 2022. Tori’s experience not only enhances the services Anchor Retail provides to their clients, but helps to develop and nurture long-term relationships.
Tori exclusively represents national and regional retailers and restaurants such as: Popshelf/Dollar General, Academy Sports, AutoZone, WellNow, Covelli Enterprises dba Panera Bread, Covelli Enterprises dba O’Charley’s Restaurants, Petsmart, Wahlburgers, Bath & Body Works, Urban Air, SKECHERS, Maple Street Cafe, and Lands End.
Tori is a proud graduate of John Carroll University Boler School of Business (B.S.B.A in Marketing). Tori was recognized as a part of the Crain’s Cleveland Business “Top 40 under 40” in 2017, and their “Source Lunch” in 2018. In 2021, Tori was awarded “The Mother of The Bread” award by Panera Bread for securing the largest number of sites nationally for them over the years, and in 2022 received the Women in Business Designation from the State of Ohio. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio with offices in Cleveland since 2016 and recently opened an office in Columbus, Ohio in 2023. Tori’s company, Anchor Retail, became a member of Realty Resources Network, Inc. for Northern Ohio in 2023. Tori is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Outside of work, she serves on the board of Providence House a crisis nursery in Cleveland, Ohio since 2018.
