For over 22 years, Tori Nook has represented national retailers, restaurants, and developers. She has developed expert market knowledge in the tenant representation process and has coordinated site selection, strategic planning, LOI negotiation, and site packaging. Tori Nook founded Anchor Retail in 2016 with Charles Townsend of Anchor Associates, a ChainLinks firm in Cincinnati, Ohio.

As the principal for Anchor Retail, Tori has nationwide relationships with tenants, landlords, and developers. Her real estate career has been distinguished by her long-term exclusive relationships and high production of multi-state tenant representation, shopping center leasing, and land sales.

Tori represents the following clients: pOpshelf, Covelli Enterprises dba Panera Bread, Covelli Enterprises dba O’Charley’s Restaurants, Petsmart, Wahlburgers, Bath & Body Works, Main Event, SKECHERS, Land’s End, Urban Air, Captain D’s, Volunteers of America and Key Bank.

Tori closed on over $70,000,000 in deals in 2021. She has her undergraduate degree from John Carroll University Boler School of Business.
