With over nineteen (19) years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Greg has established himself as a leading retail tenant representation specialist. He has successfully represented some of the country’s top retailers, restaurants, and service providers, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market and the unique needs of each client.

 

Greg’s expertise extends beyond tenant representation; he has collaborated with premier developers and landlords to pre-lease and lease prime retail projects across Ohio. His landlord and developer clients include some of the largest public and private REITs in the US, including Site Centers, Brixmor, Pinetree, and Somera Road.

 

Greg’s approach is characterized by creative solutions and a keen ability to analyze and understand both his clients and their customers, allowing him to deliver tailored strategies that drive success. Current clients include Academy Sports & Outdoors, Verizon Wireless, Heartland Dental, Speedway/7-Eleven, Xponential Fitness, V/O Med Spa, Teso Life, Levin Furniture, and Optima Dermatology, among others. Greg also serves as Master Broker for Forman Mills and Shoppers World, where he oversees the company’s development program nationally.

 

Greg is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a BA in Business and a concentration in Finance.
